Service Description
Buckle your harness and learn to use an ascender! In this clinic, you'll learn how to set up a fixed rope on an anchor, and how to ascend a rope to get yourself in the perfect position for that perfect shot. This hands-on experience will be focused on rope systems for photographing rock climbing and the two different ways to ascend a fixed rope. Once everyone has mastered the rope skills, Sam will share his techniques, tips, and tricks for photographing climbing while on the wall and you'll be able to practice. Prerequisites: Have a camera (phones welcome!), and know how to set up a top rope or sport climbing anchor.
